David
Coleman is a seasoned executive coach who has served
as a trusted advisor to CEOs and their direct reports for more
than 20 years. Well before executive coaching became a popular
phrase in business boardrooms, David was helping technically
brilliant executives polish their personal style and leverage
their talent to achieve better results from themselves, their
teams, and their companies.
As a licensed psychologist with acute business insight, David
has been a confidant and guide to hundreds of leaders through
times of challenge and transition. Using his organizational development
acumen, he has also worked with numerous executive teams and
helped CEOs raise the performance of their direct reports to
a higher level.
David Coleman's work with executives
and teams spans an array of business sectors: professional services,
finance,
media,
academic,
medical, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and information
technology. He also supports the nonprofit sector by leading
annual pro bono Leadership Circle workshops for executive
directors.
